What to Bring

Make Sure You’re Prepared for Your Training

As you prepare for your ATV training, there are a few things you should ensure you have before heading out. In doing so, you’ll be more than ready to learn how to ride.

In attending our courses, we ask each student to bring the following:

  • Age appropriate ATV. If you don’t own an ATV, let us know and we can ask the training site if they can find one for you. If you don’t know if your ATV is appropriate for the age of the student, click here. [This should either popup or take them to a new page that explains the age warning labels]
  • DOT-compliant motorcycle helmet
  • Goggles or face shield
  • Over-the-ankle boots
  • ATV or motorcycle gloves
  • Long pants
  • Long sleeve shirt or jacket
  • The owner’s manual for your ATV
  • Light snack and drink (optional)
