The patio space in front of the home has a built-in stainless steel gas grill with storage and countertop space, and table seating for 6 to dine al fresco enjoying the sights and sounds of the sand and sea just a few homes away.

Stepping inside, you discover a stylish and comfortable environment to facilitate your next getaway. Modern yet warm, this home is perfect for people who care about the details. White walls, plank wood flooring, white cabinets--all complemented by light gray and white furniture; the interior design will not disappoint. Large glass doors opening to the patio provide a sunny view, but just one touch on the remote provides full privacy with woven fiber blinds. The living room space is perfect for conversations gathered around the beautiful gas fireplace or for watching a movie on the built-in flat screen.

The kitchen is highlighted with Bosch stainless steel appliances, a large pantry, built-in wine cooler and glass display cupboards, The counter bar offers seating for 3 in comfy upholstered chairs (with an extra 4th chair) , and the adjoining dining area table has seating for 6.

In the hall closet you will locate the stacked, full size "LG" washer/dryer set, conveniently located off the kitchen.

The first bedroom is cozy and fresh, with twin bunk beds and a full bed with ample closet space. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a fresh white duvet, underbed storage, ceiling fan and closet. This room has a private bath with a gray and white tiled tub/shower combo.The full hall bathroom offers a large tiled shower, with plenty of counter and storage space.

The immaculate master bedroom provides a very comfortable king bed with fresh bedding, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, and woven privacy blinds. The large master bath has a tile shower with rain-shower head and built-in bench seat, double sinks and a separate toilet area.

This unit does have air conditioning.

PARKING: One carport space to accommodate most vehicles is provided, as well as metered and non-metered street parking in the area.

Check-out time: 10 a.m. on the departure date

All bed/bath/kitchen/beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning/linen fee and are attractively installed. Four beach chairs are provided for our guests' use. Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: bikes, child seats, trailers, body boards, surfboards, large ice chests, pop-up canopies; plus Pack n Play portable cribs, and portable high chairs, etc. Contact us for more information!

Fresh and Relaxing by Benton I. 08/19/2017
Location was perfect–half a block from the beach and a walk or bike away from just about everything you might want to eat or do. The unit was impeccably clean with modern furnishings. The beach is beautiful. And the weather is consistently stunning. The only drawback was the parking. The unit does have a parking spot under a carport in the rear, but it is in an incredibly narrow alleyway that makes for the world's most difficult parking job. Most days we gave up and found street parking, which wasn't too difficult. Other than that, it was a complete pleasure. I will say, though that at this price, it would've been nice to be on the beach, rather than just close to it. Bottom line: I have no problem recommending this rental. Enjoy!



Beautiful Beach House by Denise R. 07/08/2017
This new build is exactly what you think of when you picture a beach house. It was a perfect size for our family of four and located only a half block from the sand. The only major complaint we have is about the size of the carport. It is absolutely not built for a large SUV. We drive a Toyota Sequoia. When we arrived, it took 30 minutes and two different neighbors to help us get it parked. That was after a huge scratch to the side of our car, due to the post of the carport. We only took it out one other time because neighbors had to help guide us the second time as well. Beautiful home and perfect location, but consider the size of the car that you will be driving.

We absolutely loved staying here! Steps away from the beach! My only recommendations to the owners would be to provide a vacuum and put a rug inside of the main door. Being a beach house, sand is inevitable. Other than those two factors, everything was amazing & we would do it again!

This was perfect for our family. With 6 people we had lots of room and relaxed in comfort. Everything is of high quality and perfect condition. We could have not asked for a better location for beach access and great places to shop and eat very close. Parking can be a challenge if driving a very big vehicle. There is room to park in back but the street is narrow and the resident behind parks where access is difficult. I would definitely give the entire property 5 stars and will book again.

This property has the most amazing location!!! Perfect to restaurants, and the beach is literally right there! The house was very clean and felt like a brand new house :). Loved it!! Thanks for the wonderful stay!




Clean, Comfy and Close to the Beach by Archana R. 01/24/2017
Would highly recommend. Stayed in the lower part of the house during the off season. Very quite and a stone's throw from the beach, but far enough away from the pier to avoid the crowds. The property is well maintained. Two nice sized bedrooms and a well appointed and functional kitchen. Dining room and living room were also better than expected. Only criticism was the carport, which is very narrow.

Cancellation Policy
All reservation cancellations are subject to a Cancellation Fee equal to fifteen percent (15.00%) of the PROPERTY Unit’s total Base Rent amount for the reserved dates. The remaining balance of the Base Rent will be held and refunded ONLY if Manager is able to re-book the PROPERTY Unit for the same dates, less any difference in the total re-booked Base Rent amount, any credit card processing fees and foreign exchange fees if applicable. All other service fees, taxes, accidental damage protection and/or security deposits will be refunded upon cancellation.

NOTE: Beachview Realty makes every effort to present a fully-functioning, clean, & sanitized accommodation for each booking. While we attempt to successfully mitigate any conditions we encounter, we are not responsible for any residual odors/effects that may linger from previous guests’ cooking products, personal grooming products, medications, or pets (if a pet-friendly property). This may include allergy-inducing products such as peanut oil, curry or other spices, fish, perfumes, soaps, medicinal oils, etc. We do not use “cover-up” air fresheners due to potential allergic reactions. Because all of our properties are actual homes with full kitchens and living spaces which are regularly used, we cannot provide the same control of the environment as in a hotel setting. Deposit Policy
A Reservation Deposit (the sum of one-half of the Base Rent Amount and the full amount of the Reservation Fee and Accidental Damage Protection) is required to hold this Unit’s reservation. After the Reservation Deposit is received, Manager will email or contact you by phone to confirm your reservation. Reservations are not final until they are confirmed by Manager. Email confirmations from Manager will include a detailed invoice stating the amounts paid by Guest and any Remaining Balance due. Unit reservations will be held until 30 days prior to Guest’s scheduled Arrival Date, at which time any Remaining Balance is due. PLEASE NOTE THE FINAL PAYMENT DUE DATE as Manager shall not be obligated to remind Guest of any Remaining Balance payment. Allow ample time for any payments due to reach Manager no less than 30 days prior to your scheduled Arrival Date. Manager is not obligated to honor any payment received less than 30 days prior to the scheduled Arrival Date.
