RETURN POLICY

We will accept returns only within 30 days of delivery, and there is a 25% restocking fee. Fees are subject to change if the product is damaged and/or missing parts and accessories upon receipt and inspection at our Warehouse. Salonz Direct, LLC reserves the right to change the restocking fee and/or credit without notice.

We will NOT accept any items that been have previously installed or connected for plumbing.

Before returning an item, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact Salonz Direct, LLC at info@salonzdirect.com and receive written approval to send items back. The customer is responsible for the shipping fee in returning the items. Shipping costs are not refundable and no cash refund will be given for returned items. Customer will receive credit with Salon Direct, LLC only.

Please note, due to their unique nature, all custom-made items are ineligible for return or cancellation.

Credit Requirements:

  • – New and Unused condition
  • – All original packaging, materials and accessories
  • – Must be returned within 30 days from delivery

Cancellations:

Must be made in writing to info@salonzdirect.com prior to 5:00pm CST the day before the order is scheduled to ship.

Product Exchange:

We do offer exchanges on unused items within the same 30 day timeframe. Please contact us at info@salonzdirect.com and we will coordinate on an individual basis. New and Unused condition.
